By registering for and participating in PALCORUN 2026, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Running and related race activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, disability, or death.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I certify that I am physically fit and medically capable of participating in the Event.
• I release and hold harmless the Event Organizer, sponsors, partners, venue owners, LGUs, volunteers, marshals, medical teams, and affiliated parties from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.
• I agree to follow all Event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from race officials.
• I understand that registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
• I authorize the Organizer to use my name, photos, videos, and race results for promotional and event-related purposes without compensation.
• I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for event administration and communication purposes.
• I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Waiver and Agreement.

By clicking “I Agree”, submitting my registration, or participating in the Event, I acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
